Matthew Alexander Tracy is a sophomore pre-business student and computer science minor at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Matthew has always understood the importance of helping others and making a difference in the community you live in after watching his mom 'walk the walk'. He is really excited to bring his passion and excitement of service and leadership to the local UNC community!
His favorite things to do outside of CUC are to spend time with his family and friends, being active outside playing sports, and learning new things.
Susan Riley Poteat has a BA from the College of William and Mary and an MA from George Mason University and worked in global telecommunications (sales/marketing) for 26 years.Her love for her children and passion for children and community service led to the creation of Cooking Up Character. The program entails specific hows (The Cooking Up Character Way ™ ) to grow and encourage each child in character/leadership skills and allows them to bloom into roles creating, planning and leading their own projects!
Kids learn that if they think they can, they will!
Her favorite things to do outside of CUC are spend time with her husband, family/friends and pup, Sophie anywhere outside and cooking/baking for fam/friends.
Andrew Tracy is a freshman in Art and Design at North Carolina State Univeristy in Raleigh, NC.
Andrew enjoys giving back to the community and making new experiences with other people. He was a Service Project Leader(SPL) in Cooking Up Character during elementary school and became an Assistant Leader in Middle and High School and is now CUC's Creative Director.
He enjoys making art, spending time with friends and having fun.
