Matthew Alexander Tracy is a junior pre-business student and data science minor at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Matthew has always understood the importance of helping others and making a difference in the world. He has a long-standing interest in developing business solutions to social problems. He helped found Cooking Up Character because serving others and standing up for love cannot wait.
His favorite things to do outside of CUC are to spend time with his family and friends, play tennis and basketball, be in the ocean and learning new things.
Susan Riley Poteat has a BA from the College of William and Mary and an MA from George Mason University and worked in global telecommunications (sales/marketing) for 26 years.
Susan's love for her children and passion for children and community service led to the creation of Cooking Up Character.
Her favorite things to do outside of CUC are to spend time with her husband, family, friends and puppy, to be anywhere outside and to cook.
Andrew Tracy is a sophomore in Art and Design at North Carolina State Univeristy in Raleigh, NC.
Andrew enjoys giving back to the community and making new experiences with other people. He was a Service Project Leader(SPL) in Cooking Up Character during elementary school and became an Assistant Leader in Middle and High School and is now CUC's Creative Director.
In his free time, he enjoys making art, spending time with friends and having fun.
